卤肉饭

主料:五花肉

辅料:煮熟的鸡蛋、胡萝卜、西兰花、香菇

调料:洋葱、八角、香叶、料酒、老抽、生抽、盐、冰糖


做法:

1,五花肉去皮,切成小丁。

2,香菇泡发。

3,洋葱和香菇切小丁。

4,炒锅上火,下肉丁煸炒。

5,炒酥后盛出备用。

6,用锅里的底油,下入洋葱、八角、香叶炒出香味,然后加入香菇丁。

7,再加入肉丁。

8,加料酒、冰糖、老抽。倒入适量水,煮开后放入煮好的鸡蛋。

9,加入生抽、盐定好味。

10,用小火炖约1个小时至汤汁浓稠即可。

11,胡萝卜和西兰花改刀,焯水。

12,搭配上米饭,美味的卤肉饭就做好了。
