停车风波
在加拿大，停车是一个无本万利的生意，在司机与业主之间发生矛盾也就不足为奇了。我从这几年的亲身经历，总结一下其中的利害关系，以便后来者有所借鉴。
昨天下午，女儿从美国放假回来；由于没有行李，我就准备直接在出口接她。按照飞机的落地时间和我的行车距离，我把出发时间精确到了分钟；可还是在飞机的落地同一分钟到达了出口，只好去外面绕圈；看到有别的司机打着闪灯，停在了路边，我也照做了。没想到，还不到5分钟，来了一辆鸣着笛、闪着等的车（不是警车），把大家都赶走了；我只好再去转圈。这么转几圈下来的油钱，与十几块钱的停车费相比，还差多少？联想到停车大楼是某华人承包的，如果大家都不去停车，他还赚什么呢？可小民们那点微薄的收入，又有谁来可怜呢？
在学校门口，这种事每天都在上演着。在Woodlands中学门口，有两个弯道，其中一个被六根柱子堵死，不准通行；旁边还是一个图书馆，停车位大大的；可每到下午放学时间，图书馆就派专人守在入口，问你是接学生的呢还是去图书馆的。另一边倒是有校方划定的停车场，可是一到放学时间，十几辆校巴会把路堵住，谁也不能通行。如此不近人情的做法，谁有得到了好处呢？
我在几年前刚刚搬进一座公寓时，遇到管理方要冲洗地下室（停车场），让大家把车在9点之前开出去。公寓对面是一个小商场，我就把车停到了那里。可等到去取车时，发现车窗上被人贴了一张30元的罚单！以后呢，大楼再洗地时，我就再也不挪车了。
更早以前，刚来加拿大那会儿，我的汽车培训班的老师跟全班说起了他的亲身经历。他家路边有一段不准停车，可有一次他有急事回家取东西，不用5分钟的。可就在这5分钟里，一个开着Parking Enforcement车的家伙，把车停在了远处，再走到他家门口，贴上一张罚单，然后撒腿就跑！他气得，恨不得拿枪冲上去，射那个家伙！
市政府在停车罚单这一块有很大的收益，也考这养活了一批人；可是，就不能先考虑一下司机们的方便，让人心服吗？

如果允许停车， 估计你连车位都找不到， 你还是无法停车
