太极云拳-特别适合青少年的运动艺术

太极云拳是王雪君先生根据师传和二十多年的练功体悟,按照传统太极理论,以老子道德经“专气致柔能如婴儿乎? 载营魄抱一能不离乎?”为指南,模仿水常处于下和水虽极柔软而实极坚刚的属性,以谦卑柔和、大松大软为根本心法,以健身、功夫、悟道为练习目的,以科学严谨的精神创编的独特太极运动技术。该拳由太极静拳和太极行拳组成,男女老少皆可练习。太极静拳为直养浩然正气、安心怡神的基本入门功夫;太极行拳是在太极静拳的基础上,以使用法为手段,达到行气活血、活泼灵性、启迪智慧的目的。 多年的教学实践证明,太极云拳是特别适合青少年的运动艺术,通过有规律的长期练习,可以帮助青少年培养正气,认识自我,增长信心,增强抵御不良习惯的能力和增强自我控制能力,开发创造潜能,更有助于青少年在成年后保持柔软童体和活泼达观的心智。从下面一位学生的学习体会中大家可以得到一些启发:I have been studying Taichi under master Wang’s guidance for almost 5 years now. True Taichi power comes from one’s senses and relaxation of the body.  Anger and frustration is a problem for young teenagers. Through practicing Taichi, I have truly come to understanding this benefit. I felt that I have gained more self control and discipline through above all other things which I have previously been taught. Taichi not only trains the body, but also the mind.
