A. Yes.

Q. And so you just turned 54, right?

15 A. Yes.

Q. Where were you born, Mr. Tang?

A. At a small town in Hunan (ph) Province in China, People’s Republic of China.

Q. And then I note here on your biographic time

20 line from 1965 to 1970 you did studies at a primary school?

A. Yes, primary school, a church school.

Q. That’s a Christian school you are saying?

A. Yes.

Q. Right. Now from 1971 to 1976 which would take you to when you were thirteen roughly to eighteen, you

started where, sir?

A. It 1 s also the middle school and high school, together, five years.

Q. And you note in your time-line here in your

5 book that you had the highest math scoring?

A. Yes, in the competition I get number one all the time, you know, lots of times.

Q. Was this book privately published? It says Economic Daily Publisher; who published this book?

10 A. That 1 s Chinese Economic Daily published in China in 2006. China.

The Economic Press is a very power house in So this is a Chinese publishing house?

A. Yes, but this is a book translated to belong

15 to North America.

Q. So I gather this book was published in Chinese and in English?

A. It 1 s published in Chinese first.

20 A. But this is the preparation for the English publishing; not official yet.

Q. Was this book, for example, sold in book stores, or would you hand these books out? how would you distribute these books?

A. The book, you can go to buy it at Beijing Bookstore and on-line there are lots of website selling; lots of book store have the book in China.

Q. What was the reason for you publishing this book in 2006, Mr. Tang?

5 A. I think that’s very important. I might like almost twenty years experience in my career, because in the financial industry people do not know each other, because I found that financial investing you need to know the people first, so when I was talking about my experience, my strategy,

10 you know, people are very interested. Then I had to talk to people, everybody every time, it’s very boring, so then I found that one of the inspiration from the Rich Daddy and the Poor Daddy, because they gave you some ideas how to invest, how to change your way of thinking in terms of wealth. So I read the

15 book, but Rich Daddy Poor Daddy tell you, you know, some knowledge and why you needed to learn some knowledge in investment and wealth. But who is going to do it? So what I inspiring from there, I found that investment, you always have to tell you, the manager, especially the manager tell people

20 about yourself, you know, so that’s why people can use you, utilise you for their own purpose. So when I was - in 2003 I wrote an article about Warren Buffet, the secret of Warren Buffet and his wealth, and then on the internet the Chinese organisation, non-profit organisation, he is very well-known. They found my article is so interesting, so like is indept, so

he invited me to China to give a speech about Warren Buffet theory and the practice. So at that time 2004 I give speech in Beijing, the capital of China, and the Shanghai, the commercial city like Toronto, in China. So after that I met a journalist,

5 he is very good in organising books, editing books, so I say, let’s write a book, you know, I tell people all my experience, so I started prepare to writing articles and I published articles on the website and internet and the readers of the internet, you know, web server, everybody are very interested,

10 so that make me think it’s worthwhile to write a book.

Q. So you travelled internationally talking about this book and some of the principles contained in this book?

A. I think that’s very important, because if

15 you investing, you don’t know people, you know like you will be ripped off or defrauded, so if you know people and know people well and trusted, people will always work for you, so there is no way can you run away.

Q. When you wrote this book and had it

20 published in 2006, were you influenced by other economic gurus book like Rich Daddy, Poor Daddy or The Wealthy Barber or books like that?

A. Actually since 1993 I started, you know, all the gurus master in the market and all area, you know, like Warren Buffet, William Onair, Jim Rogers, George Sores, I found it, I started them first, then I found each one, you know, had different style, skills, strategy, so I found that it’s very important to learn them first this, then I introduced myself to what I learn.

5 Q. Just on that point, I would note commencing at page 31 in the chapter entitled Learning From The Gurus, you study some of the gurus that you just mentioned?

A. Yes. I studied, you know, the technical strategies like Banjami Graham.

10 Q. Banjami Graham?

Yes. Banjami Graham, he is called the teacher of Warren Buffet.
