冬季外出度假或空房如何处理

刚刚过去的2017年底，多伦多极寒，有约1周多时间，气温常常-20多度，许多房屋由于暖炉关闭或发生故障不工作，水管发生了爆裂，对房屋及物品造成非常严重的损坏，维修费用也会不菲。我的一位朋友也因故暖炉没工作，室内水管爆裂，幸亏及时发现关闭总水阀，才没造成更大损失。这里我分享一下自己的经验，供大家参考指正。
