橘生淮南则为橘,生淮北则为枳。很多移民朋友来到加拿大之后,走进超市,发现不但柴米油盐跟国内卖相口感都不一样,菜也好像长得似是非是的,都快不认识了,完全不知道买回家里该如何下手!

的确,加拿大超市里有很多看着似乎和国内同种同宗,但是因为生长环境的不同,外观口感变化很大的菜种,更有很多国内没见过的蔬菜品种。

今天,嘉德客服就给大家介绍一点加拿大的“洋菜”!

鲜芦笋Asparagus:这种菜被称为“蔬菜之王”,在国内很少见而且价格较为昂贵,不过在加拿大超市就属于比较常见的蔬菜了。它的氨基酸和维生素含量相当高,可以调节代谢,提高免疫力,非常有利于身体健康。

芦笋的做法非常的多。煲汤清炒均可,西方人一般都会裹放烤箱里烘烤食用。

秋葵Okra:这是一种南方蔬菜,俗称补肾菜。口感滑而不腻,丰富的果胶不仅美容,而且有帮助消化,保护胃黏膜之效。

它可以凉拌、热炒、炖汤、油炸等,营养价值极高。

羽叶甘蓝Kale:它属甘蓝家族成员,维生素含量丰富,是大热的减肥食品(关注身材的姑娘们可以划重点了!)
这种菜通常用来做沙拉,用来烩海鲜也是健康又美味的做法。

欧芹Parsley:也叫荷兰芹、法国香菜,原产于地中海沿岸,一般用作生吃,是西餐中不可缺少的冷盘配菜和装饰。欧芹的香气比普通的香菜淡一些,适合用来烩海鲜,做烤肉和意面。比如烤肉卷很多都喜欢用欧芹作为配料,当然如果您在外面ORDER 这些是可以选择的添加的,不妨一试。

洋蓟 Artichoke:又叫朝鲜蓟,长得有点像花,原产地地中海。它对身体健康的促进功效也是不容忽视的:它营养丰富口感似核桃香味,可以排除肝部毒素,促进细胞再生和脂肪消化,还可以对消化不良有很好的治疗作用,对经常喝酒或者胆固醇高的人尤佳。

嫩的洋蓟可以生吃,也可以炖汤或清炒,口感很类似笋和蘑菇,比较清爽,是非常好减肥食品。

莙荙菜Chard:俗称牛皮菜,在中国多见的是青梗和白梗,加拿大超市里你经常能看见红梗莙荙菜。这种蔬菜叶质厚实鲜嫩,像普通青菜一样切碎了清炒就很美味,也可以用来做沙拉。

这些洋菜的营养成分都很高,但是做起来并不复杂。在西方人的饮食习惯里通常都是用来煲汤、拌沙拉或者做配菜。也有很多适合油炸热炒,吃法也十分丰富。喜欢研究食谱的朋友们不妨试试~
