? c. butter
4 clove garlic
2 tbsp. fresh ginger
? c. soy sauce
? c. honey
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 lb. chicken wings
kosher or sea salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
1 c. all-purpose flour
Vegetable oil (or other high flashpoint oil)


Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Melt the butter and stir in the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes serviced apartments hk, or until the garlic is lightly browned.
