春节结束,你的节后综合症该咋治?

      不知不觉中,一年一度的春节假期已画上句号。可是,长假没玩够?也没心情上班?甚至还茶饭不思、身心俱疲、精神涣散…… 如果你有类似症状,就是一个不折不扣的“节后综合征”“患者”了。

      假日期间,一些人因为从紧张的工作学习中突然进入了过于放松、过度休闲的状态,打破了原有的起居规律,引起身体失衡,出现“节后综合症”。“节后综合征”具有普遍性,上班族是易感人群。那么,一般性的症状主要表现在哪些方面?我们又该如何调节呢?

  

症状一:神经性厌食

 吃是春节的“主旋律”,美味佳肴琳琅满目,各种小吃应接不暇,亲戚朋友聚会不断,很多人在欢乐气氛的衬托下,往往会出现一天不停嘴的现象。但是吃得过多容易导致肠胃不适,引起神经性厌食。

  对策:节后应多吃一些清淡的食物,如素食及蔬菜类等,多食用些如玉米面粥、小米粥等易消化的粗粮。经常步行、慢跑、做体操、伸展等,让自己的身心“动”起来,把胃口调整到正常状态。

    

症状二:乏力疲惫

      长假玩乐过度,甚至通宵喝酒打牌,打乱了人体正常的生物钟,造成神经系统失调,“睡眠紊乱”就会找上门。

对策:通过休息、调整生物钟、洗澡泡脚等方式消除疲劳。睡眠是驱除疲劳的重要手段,要让大脑放松休息,可轻轻按摩头部、听听音乐;早睡早起,起居有序;保证足够的睡眠时间。

    

症状三:恐惧上班

     过节后,重新投入正常紧张的工作,部分人会有种陌生感和恐惧感,有人甚至自嘲“上班比上坟还沉重”。

对策:提前调整。假期的最后一天在家好好休息,上班前夕不去参加聚会等容易让人兴奋的活动。可以给朋友打个电话聊聊天,转移一下自己的注意力。上班后要尽早收心,加强自我调节。

      摆正心态。假期和非假期是两种不同心理状态和生活状态。理智层面的假期结束了,但潜意识层面的假期还没有结束,所以,出现节后综合征是一种生理和心理的正常反应。可以在上班后的前3天,适当安排一些计划性、交流性质的工作,起到一个缓冲调整的作用。深呼吸调整情绪。上班后如果各种工作接踵而至,让你无所适从,可以每过几个小时进行一次慢而深的呼吸,想象好似随着“吐故纳新”,紧张也离开了身体。
